Do I need my own AI account?
No. Your chatbot can run on Vizuchat AI credits: every new account gets $0.50 free, and you top up with Mobile Money (MTN or Orange) or Bitcoin. If you prefer, connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter key and replies on that key don’t use credits.
Will it work on my website?
If you can paste a script tag, it works: Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or custom code. The widget runs in a Shadow DOM so it never clashes with your styles.
Can a human take over from the bot?
Any time. One click on “Take over” pauses the bot for that conversation; “Hand back to bot” resumes it.
How do I pay?
With Mobile Money (MTN MoMo or Orange Money: approve on your phone and your plan is active instantly) or with Bitcoin from any wallet. Pay for a month or a year at a time. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
